As soon as we walked in, the friendly vibe put us at ease and the beautiful breakfast spread really impressed us every morning. We enjoyed some quality time relaxing in the cozy lounge and the lush garden outside. The only hiccup was the room being a bit warm, but we just cracked a window and it was no biggie! 😊

My room was spacious and clean, with a tv and tea/coffee maker for my convenience. The breakfast was great, offering freshly cooked options like haggis. The location is perfect-a short walk to shops and cafes. The vibe is cozy and cute, really felt at home here. Luggage storage after checkout was a nice touch!

Ah, the breakfast! From mouth-watering haggis to fresh potato scones, it was a culinary delight that set the tone for our Edinburgh adventure. Plus, the location was a winner, just a hop away from fab eateries like Tuk Tuk Indian Street Food and Loudons Fountainbridge-great local gems worth checking out!
Minor hiccup with room warmth. Top floor was a bit toasty. We cracked a window for a cool breeze, which did the trick and left us feeling cozy without breaking a sweat.

Couples should check this place out
The breakfast was great, I had some of the best haggis ever! The host was kind, he even offered us some unique recommendations for places we would've never found on our own
It wasn't exactly cheap but given the experience, I'd say it was fair

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and delicious breakfast options daily. The outdoor tennis court was a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. It was also great to have the option to store our bags after we checked out.
Unfortunately, they changed our room request at the last minute, a bit frustrating for my elderly friend who struggled with the stairs to the 3rd floor.
